چکیده

A compact dual wideband bandpass filter for automotive radar (AR) and 5G millimeter-wave (mmWave) applications with adjustable bandwidths is presented in this work. The based on microstrip dual-mode edge-coupled stub-loaded resonators (SLR). novelty of configuration that it allows independent control the which not obvious many reported SLR-based filters. To achieve an overall size 1.23λ_g× 2.02λ_g, these are coupled bent int o U-shape, T-shape, E-shape. U-shaped resonator, a quarter-wavelength transmission line, to T-shaped element constitutes main feed line obtain dual-band response. Having symmetrical structure, design i s studied using even-odd mode analysis. layout made Ansys high-frequency structural simulator (HFSS) fabricated Rogers RO3010 thickness 1.28 mm, dielectric constant 10.2, loss tangent 0.0022. measured 660 MHz 880 at central frequencies 23.92 GHz 28.38 respectively. insertion losses less than 3.9 dB return greater 17 both bands. good agreement obtained between simulate d experimental results.
